Quick answer
Pause before transferring money to unlock, verify or release a promised loan. Find the provider through an independent official channel and ask it to confirm the request.

Unverified sender
“Your loan is guaranteed. Send a release fee to this wallet, then reply with your OTP. Act now.”
No real sender, account or link is shown.
A promise is not approval.Check the offer through an independently verified provider channel.
Verify before paying.A disclosed fee and an unverified payment demand are different questions.
Keep the code private.Do not send an OTP, MPIN or password to another person.
These are warning signs, not a verdict about a specific company. A message without them is not proof of safety.
Check the request, not just its label
Words such as processing fee or verification do not establish who is collecting the money. Write down the requested purpose and find out whether it appears in the actual disclosure statement. Do not rely only on a forwarded screenshot.
Costs and advance-payment demands are different questions
A loan can include disclosed charges. Compare net cash received with total payments using the cost guide. An unexplained request to send money to someone before a promised release needs separate identity and payment-channel checks.
If you have already paid
Do not send another payment merely because the first one failed to unlock the loan. Use the help page to organize the evidence privately and find the appropriate official reporting route. We cannot recover or reverse a transfer.
